I doubt if there are two shafts in the world that are exactly identical. Ferrules are made or purchase by builder/mechanics way oversize in all dimensions and then installed, put on a lathe and cut for an exact fit. To be done anywhere near correctly an accurate lathe is needed.
You really need to take your shaft to a quality cue repairman and have it done right. A ferrule replacement is not a job for someone to take on who does not have cue repair experience and proper equipment.
i agree with rhn and chris.also you are using metric mesurements so we dont know what you are talking about.haha just kiddin. the only metric measurements that we use are on the tips and od of the ferrules
