The designs shown in this thread would be better in heat transfers or vinyl. This way you put your money in the paper or vinyl and not in dozens of printed shirts. It limits your financial risk. I would rather be stuck with 100 heat transfers at .75 per piece than 100 printed tees at $5 a piece

Plastisol screen printed heat transfers are high quality nowadays.
It's still screen printing, just applied differently, smoother, yet more
detailed, and less expensive.

I think that people think of the old iron on transfers when they hear
heat transfers, but as you know it's not even close to the same quality.

I plan on doing screen printed shirts on my main sellers, and was thinking
of doing screen printed heat transfers on the designs that sell the least or
less frequently.

I believe that when people see the actually quality of these types of prints
they will be amazed. Most will not even be able to tell the difference between
screen printed the traditional way, and screen printed heat transfers.

I am not set on the above, just looking into it, and weighing my options.

I'm also looking into embroidering logos on my shirts on the front or sleeves.
