Food Poisoning

My roommate was hopitalized for two days with apparent food poisoning. Had to forfeit the one pocket before the first round and they wouldn't refund any money.

Did they test him to find out exactly what was in the food that made him sick? I heard salmonella mentioned, but wasn't sure if anyone had this confirmed. My wife contacted the local health dept., and they said they were going to try to get over there to test the food, but we have not yet heard back from them. I fully intend to contact the casino regarding this, and I would urge others to contact the health dept. and the casino as well.
