I think my favorite one is when somebody gets excited about being able to play a straight in shot, with about 27 tips of side spin, make the ball and watch the cueball stop and spin in place, and say "bet you can't do that with your shaft"...
I forgot, exactly what situation would require this? :p :D
Oh yeah, the straight in stop shot with 27 tips of spin... :D

Not that anybody should be excited about it, or even trying to do it, but I think you've hit on a major reason for the popularity of Predator shafts among non-pro level players. You can screw up and hit 27 tips of side, and the ball still goes in. Hit that with a non-Predator shaft and you probably miss. Contributes to the myth that the Predator is "better" instead of different. In this case it might arguably be so, if the equipment can compensate for lousy mechanics. People with good mechanics shouldn't really care much one way or another depending on what they are used to.

You forgot to mention that the Predator also gets "ZERO" ...yes Sparky...that's "ZERO" degrees of deflection. Something that NO OTHER cue can claim.

LOL...wanna bet??!! And wanna bet the you can do all that's claimed with the big P??!! It's actually 26 tips of side for the Predator anyway...25 7/8 for any other shaft.

Actually, it's 26 3/4 for the Predator. You wouldn't know because you can't move your back hand that far. :p
