Can you tell me the diff between 3/8-10 and 3/8-10 Modified?

The modified version has a larger thread ID (barrel). .303 modified and .263 for the standard if memory serves. Bob Dzuricky's site has a great comparison of the 2 if you'd like to check it out. http://dzcues.com/modified_pin.html

Can you tell me the diff between 3/8-10 and 3/8-10 Modified?

Standard 3/8x10 have a minor of .281 betwern the threads. The modified is much larger. From .303 to .307 I believe.
