Shafts 12.7 non ivory, 12.4 ivory ferrule. Around 4.2-4.3.

Wrap is lizzard.
Joint is phenolic over ivory. It is not Scruggs work; it's changed by German cuemaker. Looks and feel graet. Presonaly, I think it is a good idea. It prevent ivory from impact, like fiber pads between tip and ferulle.
