Just wanted to put this out there for someone that is trying to decide on diameters on a Rhino carbon. I have owned all 3 in past couple years. I really like the Rhinos for the money. It didnt hardly take me any adjustment at all going from a standard 12.5mm custom shaft to the Rhino. The 12.4 and the 12.2 has a long pro taper which i like. The shafts progresses to 13mm at the 15.75" mark which i like. When i got the 11.8mm i was expecting the same long pro taper with a smaller diameter. The taper on the 11.8 is almost like a european taper on the z shafts. The 13mm point is at only 13.25" back. If i had know this i would have not purchased the 11.8mm. The website states that it is a pro taper. Must be a modified short pro taper. I usually have a very long bridge and just dont like the 11.8 taper as much as the 12.2 and up. Hope this help someone trying to decide!
