Any room owners own their local APA leagues? If so, has it been a good/profitable endeavor? Good experiences? Horror Stories?

I am not a room owner, but I can give you some insight into the APA. It can be profitable. It is a big national level league. It has to be a nightmare to deal with the players. The constant bickering. "He's not a 3, he's sandbagging, he's not playing by the rules and on and on. So much complaining. It has to drive a person crazy.
If you decide to go forward I wish you the best. Good luck. Throw out the trouble makers early. It will make everyone have a more enjoyable experience.
