Hey, Guys, I have a bergmaster turret mill forsale. [ 6 stations], 6 tools. It's set up to make ferrules. First movement is you center-drill, then drill, then tap, and the ferrules drilled,taped, and ready to be put on the tennon. This operation takes about 40 seconds per ferrule. I have made many ferrules with this baby. It will also do ivory without cracking them.
Just cut you stock to dia., and to lenght, load it in the 5-C collet, and bam, you done in about 40 seconds.
This is a money maker if any of you guys like to make spare money.
$3,500.00 will snap it off. If someone would PM me and explain in detail how to put up pictures, I'll post them in a couple days, along with the new saw and a couple other goodies i have built.
Just never have done pictures on AZ.
