I am curious as to why if we play call your pocket (not every little glance short rail etc) because an insignificant kiss off a ball on a shot that would have went anyways should not cause a loss of turn, why something like someone's hair or shirt sleeve touching a ball should be a foul. I can see that if someone actually moved a ball, but by just having something brush it, why should that be a foul? Just curious
