Does anyone know if the merchandise page for Freddy's old website is still operating? I'd like to order a few things but wanted to be sure before doing it.

I tried to order a T-shirt and got an email that they were not available.
I think the current emails and books are still being sold as indicated above.

Cat & his son Dino never seemed very enthused about maintaining Freddies web site!..They rarely ever bothered to post anything here!..In fact it may be a rumor, but I heard they sold off everything salable, shirts, books. DVD's etc., to a wealthy Japanese pool nut, who also never frequents AZB!..If true, its a big loss for all Beard fans!
PS..One Pocket Ghost in Chicago, may have the latest pertinent info..He should know for sure whats going on!

Nope, Cat is maintaining it just fine. She sends out emails to anyone on her email list regarding frequent "sales" and shares stories from one of the Beard's books, etc. I"m also assuming she is dealing with the various on line pool supply stores keeping them stocked in his various books, cause they are still selling them.
I don't know why she does not come her much, but probably doesn't want to be "that" person that only comes here when they are selling stuff. But she should at least hit the "for sale" threads !!!
I suspect, just like my website, it's about cost. I wait until I need to change a few things at once as it's cheaper that way for me.

SJD, im Freddy's son Dino. You need to stop making negative comments about my sisters site, and my family. You mentioned my name and made too many assumptions for someone who knows nothing about me, or anything regarding my dads site. For starters, i have nothing to do with the site. It was left to my sister in his will, and shes doing the best she can for someone with little pool experience. I remember the comments you made just after he died, and it was rude and without class. You said we were selling off everything he had, and that was proof of your ignorance. Get the facts before you post anything regarding my dads legacy, or my family, or dont post anything at all, it only makes you look weak, and jealous of something you will never have...respect! By the way, my dad never liked you, and it was for these same reasons. Dont tell people that you two made amends toward the end of his life, because he disliked you up until his last breath, and he liked everyone. You may be a champion caliber player, but you are lacking in class, be better than that, and maybe then you will get the respect that you so desperately need. It's not too late, i just cant abide while you bash my dads legacy, or our family.
Well said Dino. You know there are a lot of IT-savvy folks here on AZ that would probably love to help-out your sis in getting her site up to date and clicking smoothly. Freddy was loved by all and I'm glad i got to meet him(DCC '07) and buy both his book and a shirt. Some people just have to knock something to be happy.
