FS-2 uniloc second edge shafts

I have two new second edge shafts. one has black collar and other shaft has silver ring. Both shafts are 11.75mm and come with tiger Everest tips.

What does "Second" mean in this case?

just means blemish or sugar mark on shaft, plays the same.
