>> CUE IS SOLD <<
FS - 2004 Andy Gilbert with swirly deep redish cocobolo and birdseye 6 high and low points in excellent condition. Razor sharp even points with 3 veneers, black, natural and black. No chips, dings, scratches or scuffs, finish is unblemished and shiny. Weight with shafts is 18.50 oz and 18.60 oz. Clean white with brown spec linen wrap. Andy's classic rings at all positions. 3/8 X 10 pin with white phenolic joint collar. 58 inches long. "Andy Gilbert 04" signature is in the cocobolo near the points in very small print. Balance point is 18 inches from the butt.
Two original, tight grained smooth shafts, ivorine ferrules measure 12.61 mm and 12.60mm. Both shafts are tipped with Talisman mediums. The butt and shafts roll straight. One shaft has very minor bluing and is straight the second shaft is unused with no more than 1/8" taper roll. Joint protectors are included. Would say the shafts play slightly more stiff than average.
This cues' is a stunning looker and plays great like Andy's cues are known for. Cost to order from Andy would be approx $1300. My friend the seller would like $950 + $15 for shipping to the lower 48 states - pls no silly lowball offers. Cue and shafts are in my possession and ready to ship. Will try to post more close-up pics when I can figure out how to use my new camera.
Ask any questions - you'll love this Gilbert!
