Kaiser Jump/break cue. Birdseye maple forearm with 4 rosewood points and
handle. Quick release joint at the base of the points. This cue features a
black ferrule with phenolic tip, wooden shaft joint and a slightly thicker
shaft taper which delivers a more powerful break and makes it easier to jump.

and handle. Quick release joint at the base of the points with double silver
rings.This cue features a brown ferrule with brown phenolic tip, wooden
shaft joint and a slightly thicker shaft taper which delivers a more powerful
break and makes it easier to jump.

Phenolic refers to the tip, not the ferrule. You can always swap it out after the fact if you're not happy with how it plays.

I believe pretty much any jump/break cue you buy today would come with a phenolic tip standard.

Currently all I have is the phenolic tip. J&J jump/breaks uses these. They also have some with white ferrule and a magic tip.
If you'd like I can check to see if my supplier has any of those j/bs instock and I can have them ship the cue to you directly with joint protectors for the same price.
