Please note that this case use to have two outside pocket. I took the longer pocket out because I dont use it (Sewn pattern is visible/please refer to the picture below)

This is one of John Barton's Butterfly cases. This one looks like a 3 x 6 with just one board. I had this identical case with two boards (6 x 12)
They are hard to come by.
