I don't know Jon Spitz personally. He is a cuemaker from Illinois. He is a member on AZ aswell. I've seen a few of his cues come and go on here. You could search the name Spitz and see some of his other work. He's always made good with me. Don't know what else I can say really. I think I may have read somewhere that he is friends with Darren Hill. Don't know if they worked together or not.

another bump... Will consider options. Will accept gold, jewels, and fine china

The last statment could not be further from the truth. IMHO Hill has acted very unprofessionally towards Spitz.

John makes a great hitting cue. Well balanced and a nice clean feel and hit to it. For 300 you would be very hard pressed to find another cue that hits this well and with such nice wood too. His cues are very much under the radar right now and shouldn't be. This cue looks familiar. Maybe something John showed me when it was completed. If that is the case I know it was a cue he was proud of and cost much much more than the current asking price. A lot more.

I have one of his cues that I bought from Bamacues. This is a great hitting cue, I BOUGHT IT TO SELL BUT I'M KEEPING IT.

There you have it. I stand corrected. That seems to happen a lot. Did not mean to missinform anyone. The cue is a nice one thought and I imagine that you couldn't get this cue made for the same price that it's being sold for here. I'm just not asking anymore than what I have in it. Actually I am loosing at this point, but aren't we all now days.

Thanks for all of the kind words. Dirks, good luck with the sale. Jordan haven't seen you in a while? I should have 2 new fancy cues ready this week. Let me know if you want to check them out.

Are the butt cap and joint diamond wood? It's very unique to say the least.....

Yes the butt and joint are the same. The pics do not do the cue justice. The cue is a real eye catcher. Thanks Jon.
