I am trying to sell a super 8 Gold Crown I for a friend, it is currently disassembled and ready for relocation in his living room. The table is currently located in Plano, TX. Playing area (I believe) is 8.5 ft. by 4.25 ft.; perfect for people who want a 9 ft. but don't have the space. 3 piece slate which has been resurfaced, Artemis rails (an expensive option over the standard rails), Simonis 860, custom installed leveling feet (similar to the later model GC's where the feet can be turned to adjust the height of each corner). All work done to table was performed by Dallas Billiards (which I believe has recently gone out of business). Everything on this table is top notch; plays and looks fantastic. Accessories included are: Brunswick Centennial balls, Aramith red dot cueball, house cues, wall mounted cue rack, triangle, and anything else we can dig up. Can take pictures if interested, but probably should come see it in person as it's all disassembled right now. Only asking $2200 obo. He said he just wants it out of his living room so he can put some furniture in! Please e-mail at roddychim@gmail.com or pm. All reasonable offers considered! Buyer responsible for transportation and installation. Thanks!

Did I mention all reasonable offers considered? This is a great playing and looking table. No room in the new house, otherwise my friend would have kept it for himself. Over $3000 invested!

Is this not a reasonable deal or is it just that no one from around Dallas is looking for a table?

Puh-lease buy this table! Price dropped to $2000 obo. No one even interested?

Bump again... Willing to ship as well, but buyer pays for shipping; I will of course do whatever I can to arrange transportation. Let me know if you need any pictures, or any other info. Thanks for lookin!

Thanks for the kind words. Everything on this table was done right, and every option that affects playability was taken. This table looks great, but plays even better. My friend bought this table at $3500 about 2 years ago, only asking $2000 obo now. It's tough to find a Brunswick Goldcrown for less than that...

Anyone interested? Should I put this on eBay, would it get more interest there maybe?

Anyone got any ideas on how to sell this table? I thought maybe this would be an ideal place to advertise, but not much (as in NONE) interest so far.

Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Hi Roddy,
A couple of questions.....is it a drop pocket, or returns?

do you know the dementions of the playing area? I'm guessing between a 4-1/2 by 9 and an 8 footer?

and can you come up with a cost to ship to Florida?....zip 32176

Thanx....Gerry

Hi Gerry, the table has drop pockets and has never had a return system installed. The playing area is exactly between a 8 and 9 footer, 102" x 51". I will try to get an exact shipping quote later, but for now, I would estimate it to be around $500. I still have to do some research on what company to use, etc., but once I find out a more exact number I'll let you know. I'll also try to get some pictures next time I swing by my friend's house. Thanks!

Hey Gerry, let me know if you're still interested. I tried to find shipping companies and get an estimate on Friday, but most of the companies I called were closed for the holiday. To the top again!

Of course you can try eBay, but I've recently discovered www.craigslist.com as a neat resource for stuff. Looks like you can place an ad there for free, and I've seen people referred to it as a pool table source, so maybe...

Thanks, I'll try out craiglist; looks like a nice site!

Hi guys, I'll give you AZ'ers a crack at this first before it hits eBay. Price lowered a final time to $1600 before it hits eBay. Buyer responsible for assembly and shipping from 75075. I would of course prefer local as shipping this would be pretty costly, but if buyer arranges it, I'm willing to ship.
