I am financing the purchase of a Scruggs cue by offering my Kompan for sale.
Details:
~20 ounces
60 inches long
2 shafts ~4 ounces each with brand new Hercules H2 layered tips.
3/8-10 wood to wood joint
Bubinga ringwork with silver on each side at A B C D and E
Bubinga handle and butt, museum quality piece
A wrapless cue new from Jack costs 600 starting January 1st of this year. This particular cue would be even more because of the quality of the bubinga in the handle and butt being better than average. I would guesstimate it to be worth around $650 new.
The joint protectors are also included, 1x2, and they were made by Kenny Murrell. I am not sure the wood in the butt protector diamond, but it matches the bubinga very well. They are made of ebony.
Also included is a used Giuseppe case, 2x4, with two pouches. It is black and has been used alot, but still in what I consider to be very good shape. The reason I am throwing in the case is that this cue being 60 inches long, it is pretty hard to find a case to fit the cue with the joint protectors.
I am asking $450 o.b.o for the cue, JPs, and case shipped. I accept paypal, and non-postal money orders. I would prefer to ship only within the US, but will discuss international shipping if you will cover shipping charges. Free shipping within the US 48.
