It looks like a piloted Viking Quick Release Joint (I'm not 100% certain on that)
29"
3.71 oz
.840" Joint
11.67mm ferrule

There is a slight lift in the center of the shaft, a couple minor chips on the shaft collar, and one finish chip 7" above the joint.
