Inside has "furry" lining - one side holds 2 butts and the other side 1 more. It's designed as 3x3 but the sleeve is big enough to fit 2 shafts for sure. There is a handle and a shoulder strap.
I haven't seen another leather Silver Fox case like this anywhere so don't have the model number.
