4 Point Tim Scruggs, early 1990s. Ivory inlays, real nice rings, 2 shafts, non-ivory ferrules. As best I can tell, this is a mid-1990s Scruggs.
Phillipi re-wrapped and refinished it less than a year ago, and only a few balls have been hit with it since. So there are no dings in the butt and the shafts are perfect.

The shafts are both 13mm and the weight is 19 oz.
