I have a good friend that is a cuemaker who does full splice cues with veneers. I have a couple of pictures that I wanted to see what everyone thinks about them. Hopefully you will be able to see them ok, I am not the one taking the pictures....

Let me know what you think!

I really like the first one!

How much for a sneaky, done with such a blank and simple ebony butt sleeve?

Should be forward balanced, that?s the way i like cues!

Stefan

Depending on other material, his finished full splices start at $750. That would come with two shafts with ivory ferrules if I remember correctly....
PM me if you would like to get in contact with him. I have a picture that has quite a few of his cues and two of which are full splice. One is a more simple wrapless cue and the other has leather wrap and ivory inlays in the butt. I'll be glad to send that to you if you would like also.

Looks gtreat. I like the 2nd one. How much does a blank go for?

That second one is sort of a Titlist Tribute. I'm not exactly sure what he would charge for the blanks. I know basically what he charges for a finished cue....I'll talk to him in a little while and get some pricing if I can. Thanks for the comments!

This is what he said when I talked him:

"The full splice start at $750. That is with no ring work or in-lays, but it does come with 2 shafts and ivory ferrules. It will also include basic decorative ring-work (nickel, silver, or plastic) at the joint and butt, along with your choice of cap. If you choose an ivory joint, or butt cap, they will come at $200 each."
