The butt cap is delerin or similar material . The joint and the ferrule are genuine*and *real white material and hence the cue cannot be exported outside the United States. The shaft size is about 12.95mm . The cue weighs about 19oz . Excellent value for money - ready to shoot right out of the box . Rolls pretty good , there is a very very slight roll though - nothing that affect the playability of the cue, I have played with it and tested it out - only the most noticing person would notice a slight rise but most would notice nothing comes off the table. It could be because of the age of the cue almost 11 years , that some of the ring work is starting to show and*if you*run your hands through you can feel it a little , that could be causing the roll. *Questions , Rick 8479714700.
