funny cue design

I was wonder if you could make a cue like the old pens i used to have in high school were ya turn it up side down and the ladies clothes fall off.I just thought it would be a funny cue.I wonder if any cue makers cue make it and how much would it be if they had balls enough to make it. any one think this would be cool.
