Fury cue identification

Bonjour,

I need help to find the model of a cue before, eventually, buying it.
The seller got it years ago as a gift from someone coming back from the USA. She has no clue about it since she doesn't play at all.
I basicly want to know if it's decals or inlays.
here some pics .

I looked into three fury catalogs found here (https://issuu.com/sterlinggaming) without success (I can't open the sterling catalog)

Thank you

If you DM me clearer pictures I can image search it on media platforms here/ask some friends who work in cue production for Fury here.
Because the image is hazy/pixelated, image search returns anything similar.

cues very close to this for under 120bux on temu/alibaba.
You can buy a 'Piston' branded cue, real wood and not decal, looks just like a SW, 3/8x11 with two shafts for 2000rmb (200$) on Taobao.
My friend has one, and can't fault it for the price.

There's loads of old Zeus SW copy cues for 4/5krmb (400$ or so), which are on Xianyu (second hand app) - these are the project Azen was working on before Zen cues (assume he got some kind of 'please stop doing this' message). I might still pick one up as a spare butt eventually. Another forum member posted me a real nice one they have.

But to find this exact Fury cue, which I assume OP has a reason for, clearer picture please :) (already sent the ones from here to one friend, maybe he can tell you the exact model ID)

no need for a separate 'id' forum, just ask in the main or for cues use the 'ask cuemaker' section. don't need places for every type of question.
Somebody in PM found the model, it's a DL-7 which is indeed decals. Thank you.

Anyway, can we have a cue\table identification section of the forum?

i always thought FURY was a proper brand to begin with (with decal cues and inlay cues) that then got dilluted by counterfeits on aliexpress etc. you could find "fury" cues much cheaper, like less than half the price, than on their website and regular retailers. is it not just a generic brand now?

had one as a trade in once, like 15 years ago. it was ok, i liked it better than mcdermott's chinese cues.

what doesn't get 'faked' in China now?? Fury still makes nice cues. The guy that started it moved on to start MIT who makes really nice SW-style cues. The Kaiser cues that J&J sells are made by KaoKao, a co. that was co-started by same guy. IIRC his name is Nelson Tsai, after splitting with KaoKao he started Fury then MIT. I think his son runs Fury.

according to fatboy even masters chalk haha

if my theory is correct i think most "fury" cues out there now are generic counterfeits. like what happened to moori tips back in the day.

best (and weirdest) counterfeit i've seen was a "joss" breaker. it was a playing cue design, nicely done with leather grip, but stiff shaft and phenolic tip. it broke great. i still beat the guy, but he let me borrow it for my next match

i bought a Fury SW style around last holiday season. was around 240bux, bought from the Fury store site on Ali iirc. Cue was flawless SW style. I'm pretty sure this was made by Fury. Was made too well. Points and rings were as nice as most custom stuff.
