I tried to post my selections,back of 9am my time.Next thing it said in progress.I thought I had time to post but alas it was not to be as the wild card games had already started.For the record I would have out Neil Robertson V John Higgins in the final with Neil Robertson for the win.My son posted an entry so I can still have fun following his selections.:wink:

So much for my finalist selections.John higgins whitewashed for the first time since 1996 and the form book went out the window when Neil Robertson lost out 5-1.Worse was to follow today when I tried to watch the Snooker action on FirstRow sports to find that the domain name had been seized by ICE and the next site I went to was showing Skiing.I followed the scores on the World Snooker web page instead.:(

I don't know about anybody else but this tournament has been a bit of a nightmare to be honest.First up I couldn't find any info until the day before the start.Then I tried to post my selections on the Event Predictor but the wild card round had started and I was too late for the post.Next thing the form book gets thrown out the window and the Masters results don't have much of a bearing on the results here.

FirstRow sports gets shut down and I am following the scores on the World Snooker web site like the old days BBC Ceefax pages.I miss them.

Wondering why Barry Hearn took the Snooker to Berlin (The crowds were still good from what I got to see.)At the same time the World Cup Of Darts is running from Hamburg (The crowd was also mobbed for the darts)

At the same time Hamburg 1 V 1 Bayern Munich attendance 57,000.

Well what does that tell you about Barry Hearn,Snooker,Darts?
There must be lessons to be learned here for the US Pool guys.

US Pool guys,just watch some of the snooker and Darts later and have a think about it.That is how you revamp the Pool and get it back onto US TV .Just think Barry Hearn style.

Whatever happens in the finals, I think it's significant that the Rocket is
