I believe that UStream now offer a PPV version of their system. We had one custom made so I haven't tried out the UStream one, there are other 'streaming providers' out there that also offer PPV on an ad-hoc basis.

I am working with Danny Basavich "Kid Delicious", doing an event in Myrtle Beach. For the future I want to see if I could possibly set up some come-back matches for him to play against current pros or retired pros. I think there would be sufficient interest. What do you guys think?

That will depend on the software you will be using.
I use an i7 processor with 8GB of RAM.
