Gloss Black Gold Crown IV

Hi all, I recently bought a gloss black gc4 from a pool room in western mass. I am wondering if anyone knows what kind of finish Brunswick used on the aprons and/or if anyone has had any success removing scratches and polishing to the original shine.

I wont be setting the table up for a month or two so in the meantime if i am able to clean it up some i would like to do that.

I don't have your answer but I bought a gloss black GC4 about seven years ago with the matching light from a pool hall. The GC4s play real well but I've been thinking about new rubber and tightening up the pockets properly or possibly selling the table instead of having to move it 1000 miles.
