gold crown 3 or gold crown 4

slate is cut flatter inside the pocket. pockets are deeper. double shim withh play tighter. you have to hit the ball in the middle or it will hang up. rails are bigger for your hand

i like the 4's better then 3's

well i like the 4. if you find a 3 at a great price id say get it. they both play good. the 4's sell for higher then the 3's. double is about a accurate quote. you can find 3;s for 1500-2000$ ive never seen a 4 for under 2500$. where are you from? i know a guy that has a killer table for sale. black diamond for a great price
 
the pockets are even with the casters in a 4 ,,,they stick up in the 1,2 3,,,,thats what i like the most about a 4.
 
The 3s have counters for straight pool. The 4s don't.

Really does make a difference depending on what you plan on playing.
