The chrome pocket ends are starting to pit, any idea how to polish them out or just stuck that way, thanks Gary
 
GC IV Castings

The castings had Plating Problems because of the prep or the metal used in the castings

Have them Powder Coated.

I have seen Brand New Sets of Castings for Sale thru an Online Vendor.

I had mine done in Antique Gold Vein for my Mahogony Finish. Looked better than Copper.

Don't use a smooth finish powder coat, it tends to puddle on the metal the castings are made of.

I would think about Vein silver or pebble black for a semi-smooth finish.
