Ok My pool room down here just got 9 new GC 4. And i think that thay r much to high . From the floor to the rail is 32'And i would like to know if that is right .Also i was told by the man that put the tables in that is takes 30 day for a table to set in carpet before leveling .Now i never hear that one before . So i need to get this right .Cause when i was setting up tables it never took .that long to level. and never sat up that high ..we need some one who knows what they r doing.

Quick question, since I'm buying a new table in a month or so...

Is it best to position the table on carpet or a harder surface floor?

The location I'll be installing my table will be in the basement where long plush carpet exists.

I'll replace the carpet if I have to.

Ideas?

BCA equipment specs,

TABLE BED HEIGHT:
The table bed playing surface, when measured from the bottom of the table leg, will be 29 1/4" minimum to 31" maximum.

A table needs to settle, waiting a couple of weeks or a month sounds reasonable.

if you're handy, you can cut out four squares of carpet and install a thick ceramic tile or equivalent. I made a 5 by 10 rectangle of marble for my table to sit on, it worked out perfect
