Good luck, Freddie

I made 11 instructional tapes and maybe made $100,000 over twenty something years. Guys come up to me all the time with: "I really enjoyed your tape(s), Grady. A friend of mine loaned them to me and I made copies."
10 or 15 years ago, stolen products of mine were being sold for nine dollars each. I couldn't find out who it was. How can I compete against that?
At the U.S. Open a few years ago, a nice lady comes up to me and says, "Would you sign this picture for me, Grady?" "Sure," I responded and as an afterthought because the picture was of me, I asked her where she had gotten the photo. She pointed to a booth down the hall. Oh, I forgot, she told me had paid $17 for it. So I walk down there and see many pictures of us pros, all taken without our knowledge or consent.
Here's the best one. A man was selling tapes of a gambling match between me and Efren for $100 each. The tapes were made without our knowledge or consent. When I found out who it was here's the answer I got: "Aw, I'm just a little guy. I didn't think you'd care."
I have other stories but this is enough. My point is you better watch yourself, my friend.

That sucks. I'm sorry to hear about your experiences.

Are the legal versions for sale anywhere? I saw on your website that only two videos were listed for sale.

If you're in an area deemed a publicly accessible location, you have no rights to remuneration for photos taken of you. The full rights line up with the photo taker.

If what you're suggesting were true, celebrities would not allow their photos to be sold to the gossip rags. C'mon now...
