Gorton Pantograph Restore, interesting.

James is a great contributer to rec.crafts.metalworking, or at least has been in the past, and obviously does some nice work. It's great that he shares it too ... good motivation for bums like myself with paint-chipped old iron. :o

No, thats not me, I do have a Gorton P 1-2 and this story I found interesting. I have another Gorton I don't even know the model it is like 80 years old or more I was going to restore but I am moving to a new house now and probably will be getting rid of both machines. Too trouble much to move them and I want to head into cnc anyway.
