Personally, any company giving me crap that I don't order just makes me think I should look for a different, cheaper supplier.

How's that defensive? This is a billiards site, not a candy site. It was bad enough that this shows up in the cue maker forum, why on the main page too?

How many on the main forum are sharing your experience? I'll go out on a limb and say none who aren't also using the 'ask a cue maker' forum.
