I just picked this up at a pawnshop in Northern Idaho. The signature kinda looks like is says Gracio. It definitely starts with a cursive G. Large brass 3/8x 11 pin with a dimple. The buttcap and joint ring almost looks like it was made with carbon fiber. The shaft collar is not the same material.
It is really hard to get a picture of the signature.
