I placed an order July 24 for a bata shirt(of course) . I waited patiently and this Wednesday I emailed Chris asking for the status of my order as I expected it at the end of last week . He replied back within an hour and told me that per his tracking number hat he provided that it was delivered on Monday.
I told him that I never received and I wasn't trying to pull a "fast" one on him. I verified my address and asked what options I had. He replied back early the following morning and told me he would send out a replacement although it showed as delivered on his end. I thanked him for everything.
His only request was I share my appreciation wih friends of mine and hopefully come back and shop again.
To my surpris today, I came home and the package had finally arrived. I immediately tried to call Chris but he didn't answer. I sent him a thank you email and let him know that I love the shirt and will no longer be needing the replacement.
He immediately replied and was so very happy that it was resolved. He went above and beyond to handle my issue and provide great customer service. The shirt is freaking awsome and I couldn't be happier.
