I just read the results of the 14.1 competition at the DCC. I was happy to see alot of attention being paid to the game. Danny Harriman made out pretty well winning about $7000 and never having to actually play anyone. I know theres alot of pressure to run alot of balls, but I wonder if the players would say it was different not having an opponent. This attention can only mean good things for the finest game out there....IMO.
BTW....My guess was in the low 200's for the cheese....anyone else feel 130's seemed a little low, or were the tables that tough? I bet Sigel has something to say about staying home and missing out on that kind of money for a 130 ball run....
