I bought a gilbert 4 point 5 veneered cue from itsjay764 and received the cue promptly. cue was as described and was very well packaged. I cant say enough good things about jay. He stayed in touch with me until the cue was at my door and even told me if i wasn't completely satisfied to send the cue back for a refund. the cue is great so hes not about to get it back, lol, but it was still a nice gesture on his part.
