BUT
Turn out the cue wasn’t looked like the description at all. He told me that there’s a small nick on the cue, it turn out to cracked. He said it probably won’t cost more than 100$ to repair a plastic butt cap a 1980s JW has a plastic butt cap??? Also, how does a plastic butt cap has a crack from a dent. This guy never ever did mention about this crack at all, from the ads to our video live chat.

After I got the cue, and found out about the crack. I called him after, He said I got a good deal, and it doesn’t cost more than 100$ to repair a plastic butt cap. I wasn’t happy at all, I wanted returns the cue and refund.
Through out the conversation, I made it clear to him that I will return his cue n I want my refund because his description of the cue was not accurate at all. In cue selling, it is a right thing to refund and return the cue if the description or the cue condition isn’t what it was say.

I’m from Canada. He wanted zelles. I have to PayPal my cue buddy and have him zelles to the guy. To be honest, I like JW cue and it’s a great looking cue. But if he wasn’t lied or truthfully describe the issues, I would have had it sent to Ned morris or James or Richard hsu or pfd or other buddy of mine to have it repair. But just the whole situation just pissed me off. When I sent pictures to my buddy, he said it looked like cracked off, ans glued back on. The evidence at the butt cap, it has remnants of glues.

Well sorry to hear but atleast you got a cue and not a empty box. So many sellers want ff or zelle or cash app and he'll no unless your well known and I've done business with you. Just had a potential cue purchase who wanted ff and my 509 postive ebay and 63 or more postive here wasn't good enough but wanted me to trust face book market place reviews..fn!

Delrin butt caps are a form of plastic. JW did use delrin butt caps. So I don't think Ken was taking advantage of a seller. Ivory butt cap was usually a option.

Thank you, I’m just posting this as a warnings for people. Just be careful about dealing with @Poolplayer09 make sure pay with Venmo good and service. Or another form of protection. The guy super shady in cue descriptions.

No way this butt cap damage should have not been clearly pointed out in a sale post. And suggesting it should be on the buyer’s dime to take care of it because the seller says they “…got a good deal” is ridiculous.

This is his ads. And also the reply when he saw what I shown him. The guy is a scammer bro. This is why I post it, and I wouldn’t want anyone to get the same issues as I am.
I can easily send to my buddy to repair this, but that JW logo will be gone, therefore I will just sell it as is and subtract 300$ from the guy, to let the next buyer to chose fix or l just play as is. For $2000, it’s a good or great cue.
