Aprroximately a month or two ago, I posted up two cues for sale. The first was a very fancy Skip Weston and the second was a Bluegrass player's cue. Both cues brought multiple offers and for that I thank all of you.

The first cue, the Skip, went to 'cuedoctor' in a quick, easy, and perfect transaction. Everything went smoothly and for that, I sing his praises and wold recommend dealing with Charlie to anyone! Thanks again Charlie!!

The Bluegrass cue went to a guy named Joel in Singapore. Joel posts on this site under the name 'thingie'. Joel was a pleasure to deal with and I must thank him for his patience as the USPS took their sweet time (more than 3 weeks) to deliver the cue!! Thanks again thingie!!

I'd do business with either of these gentlemen again and would also recommend them to any and all!

It was great dealing with you and I would recommend you too. Although the transaction took much longer than both of us expected, you handled it well and now i have a beautiful and great cue to play with. Thanks again!

I have to agree. I could kill the people at the USPS for the time this transaction took. Granted shipping overseas can take some time, but I was promised 7 days. It took over three weeks. And throughout that time, Joel (thingie) and I were both left thinking that perhaps the cue was at the bottom of the ocean somewhere or put on a wrong plane to Iceland or something!!!

But I applaud thingie for his patience. Again, he was a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.

(...and a special reminder to all- ship with UPS or FedEx from now on! :D )

Custom Inspection??

Of course we don't have a time-line here, but don't be so quick to blame USPS. The delay could have very well been caused by Customs Inspection which can happen with any carrier.

True

Many times customs will set it aside and get to it when they feel like it. I sent a BlueGrass to Joel (Thingie) and I sent it Global Express and he recieved it with in , I think about 4 days. To get any fast result it must be Global Express.

shipping

Once it's put on a plane its no longer has anything to do with the usps, many foreign country's are super slow, you need to move overseas to appreciate the service you have here in the usa,and customs LOL!

Well i guess this time round the post office did screw up. Brian sent it in on the 21st of Apr, but they only sent it out on the 3rd of May. Reached my place on the 11th. USPS is alright generally, just maybe this one in thousands got messed up by the post office.

anyways i'm still a happy guy now :p :D
