I just wanted to let everyone know about the pleasant experience I just had with Richard Hsu of RJH Custom Cues.
I brought in two shafts to have turned down, retapered and Moori meds put on and he did is all while I waited. The cues now plays great. 100 times better than it did before I brought it in. Prices were reasonable too.
He also let me take a look at his shop and some of the cues that he's got in progress. I have to say that he's got some real beauties in the works and some finished product stunners. Definitely a very under-rated "unknown" cuemaker.
I plan to own a RJH Custom Cue in the near future.
