so the old cue on the right has to be billy or george. but billy because of the slightly darker color of the wood finish. and his birds eye maple.
the newer one has to be one of a few hundred people that make cues like that.
50 years apart separate makers similar style. And yea if you’re reading the previous posts the cue on the right is a very very early joss west before the catalog. The second on the left was made in 2022 by one of the most famous makers of that style cue and is perfect. It is a cut above the other “100” that make a true players cue.
