I injured my shooting shoulder/arm a while ago and had doctor's orders not to play pool (or do much else) with that arm for a month.
I'm a fairly serious amateur pool player who usually practiced 8-12 hours/week and generally held my own in local tournaments, etc. I haven't touched a cue for a month. Soon I'll be able to start again. (Unless this injury is much worse than it seems...)
Any suggestions on how to handle my first session back at the table? I was thinking of pulling out notes from the lessons I've taken, spending 1-2 hours just working through fundamentals again, etc. But maybe you have a better idea, or more experience with this kind of situation?
Thanks...
