Hairline Crack

I have a an older Viking that has a small hairline crack at the joint. You can see it in the joint collar and it goes all the way thru to the pin. Is it a loss?? or can something be done with it?? I used it to break with when I shot with it so I would assume that is what caused it.

The joint collar can be replaced. It is not a major job.
