Hammerhead V2 Break/Jump tip

Does anyone know anything about the Hammerhead V2 tip, with the clear poly-carbonate pad? The Outsville website has the new tip, and it looks like other sellers have the original Hammerhead. I tried emailing them but haven't heard anything.
Any feedback on these tips would be helpful. Thanks.

I recently just put one of the new ones on my breaker. I’ve been using the hammerheads for a few years now. Apparently using a ca glue with the old ones is a no no although that’s all I have ever used and never had one pop off but apparently now it’s safe to use glue instead of epoxy. So far so good with the new version. It pretty much performs same way as the old ones

The version 2 is really only a couple months old. Assume other dealers are just trying to sell off the original before offering the v2 so they aren't stuck with unused inventory. Chris said the playability is the same, just added the pad for easier installation.
