Hanging Diamond light from concrete ceiling

I need help figuring out how to hang a diamond light, the big one, from a concrete slab ceiling in an apartment complex. What is the weight of the light, and what can I get away with in terms of anchors?

I'm trying to minimize the drilling with a hammer drill as much as possible due to the incredible noise that they produce.

Any help is great!

standard drill, masonry bit and 2 molly's. The light is about 80 lbs. and has a hanger at each end so you only need to support 40 lbs. per Molly.

i've tried a standard drill and it doesn't make a dent unfortunately.

I have the plastic poly-set anchors and I'm wondering whether 2 of those would be enough support... if not.. how about 3?

Hammer drill and a couple of drop in anchors like these:

You can screw an eye bolt right in to the anchor, a 1/4X20 anchor would be fine.

Use a good SDS type rotary hammer drill and you'll only have to worry about the noise for a few seconds.
