Hard Times in Sacramento has very generous owners. They are always giving back to the customers.
If you care to look at the back copies of "On the Break" news, Hard Times has all the tournament results for the last 18 months with all the 100% payouts.
There are very few Pool Rooms that care about their customers to the degree of "Giving Back" like Hard Times does. It seems like most of the California rooms are just as generous as Hard Times. And, from my experiences there are room back in the Mid West that also hold weekly, monthly and yearly tournaments. All of these rooms have been in business for quite sometime. Good business people, all of them.
