I'm thinning out some old too make room for some new. This is an original condition Harvery Martin. Cue is definetly showing its age but is structurally sound. It has the wierd wood burning tool mark WM in the butt, just like the one on Wu's website. I've heard all kind of stories about who this represents and I gotta tell you I have no idea who WM really is. Shaft is dead straight but is only around 11.5 mm, my guess is this was a billiard cue. Ivory joint is perfect no cracks. There is a tiny surface crack in the maple which I've tried to show in the pics. This crack has been inspected by Bill Schick about five years ago when he authenticated the cue. I have a letter from Bill which verifies the authetencity of the cue. I know Bill is not the known expert on Martin cues, but he definetly knows his cues and seen plenty of Martin cues. The cue does not have the Martin Model Cue label that is so desirable, but it is still a great collectable cue. I'm not real sure what this cue is worth in real money, but I should think 1500.00-2000.00 range whould be in line. All reasonable trades or offers will be considered.
