"On August 12th/13th, 2006, the Tiger Canadian Women's Pool Tour ("CWPT") held Tour Stop #5, a WBPA Qualifier, at Raxx Bar and Grill in Brampton, Ontario. Twenty-four women from Ontario and the northern United States participated in the two-day event. A big thanks to Jimmy Roumanis (manager), Morris Bartucci and all the Raxx staff for helping make this a successful tournament. Isn't he the cuemaker from eastern pennsylvania who sold a couple of cues of ebay..........................mike
 
He is a Indiana boy.
The 2 on eBay, while they are Jeff Bell cues, are not being sold by Jeff himself.
Jeff makes a nice hitting cue, the 2 that has passed through my hands where a tad skinny however.

I have heard of him. A player was in a local tournament here in Knoxville shooting with a Jeff Bell purpleheart jump break (purpleheart shaft). It appeared to be a nice cue, though I did not hit with it or inspect it closely. The player knew how to use it and was getting good results, that is for sure.
