I just found this on a buddies feedback ,he has a couple of cues up for auction a tascarrela and a mottey for sale.I have no idea what he uses it for but!

I bought a skin one time. Very hard to cut. The seam looked like I cut it with a chain saw and the feel was kind of annoying.
